New case

Missing items or need for repair must be reported to the electronic help desk here. Please report only one type of problem in a case. You must choose the category of your concerns, and describe clearly and briefly what the case is about. You will get a receipt from the system. You may track your reporting on website using the link provided in the automatic reply from the system.

The help desk is only monitored by the inspectors during office hours (Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.)

For emergencies such as flooding, power failure etc. outside office hours please contact the emergency number of your residence.

Locked out and lost key
If you lock yourself out or lose your key outside office hours and wish to call the locksmith to let you in, please remember that they will charge you approximately DKK 1500 to open your room. The locksmith can't issue new keys / key tags. Please refer to the emergency information on this website.
